3. Pricing and Payment
a. Minimum 3 Hours: A minimum booking of 3 hours is required for each cleaning session. This minimum ensures that we can allocate sufficient time and resources to provide a thorough cleaning service.
b. Hourly Rate: Our pricing is based on an hourly rate. The current hourly rate will be communicated to you prior to the cleaning session. Any additional services or time required beyond the agreed-upon duration will be billed at the same hourly rate.
c. Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of the cleaning work. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, cheques, and electronic transfers.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
a. Cancellations: If you need to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.
b. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule a cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
5. Cleaning Time Variability
a. Estimated Duration: The duration of a cleaning session is an estimate based on typical conditions. However, please note that the actual time required to complete the cleaning may vary based on factors such as the size of the premises, the level of dirtiness, and the presence of any specific cleaning requirements or challenges.
b. Completion Time: While we strive to complete the cleaning within the estimated duration, we cannot guarantee the exact time it will take to finish the job. Our priority is to provide a thorough and high-quality cleaning service. Therefore, we will dedicate the necessary time and effort to ensure that your premises are cleaned to our standards.
c. Flexibility: We appreciate your understanding and flexibility regarding the variability in cleaning time. Our cleaning personnel will work diligently and efficiently to complete the job as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of the service.
6. Liability
a. Property Safety: Our cleaning personnel are trained professionals, but accidents can happen. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your property, we are not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during the cleaning process, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
b. Insurance: The Company maintains general liability insurance coverage. Any claims for damages must be reported to us within 24 hours of the cleaning service. We will work with you to address the issue promptly and fairly.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy
a. Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and will treat all information obtained during the cleaning process as confidential. Our cleaning personnel are required to sign confidentiality agreements to protect your privacy.
b. Data Protection: We will handle any personal information provided by you in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

48-Hour Policy:
Please notify us of any issues or concerns within 48 hours of the completion of the cleaning service. This timeframe allows us to investigate the matter promptly and take corrective measures if necessary. We cannot guarantee adjustments or re-cleaning beyond this 48-hour window.
